i resolve...to eat properly

yesterday:
lunch - maggi goreng, nescafe ais
dinner - tuna sandwich, sirap limau ais

today:
breakfast - one quarter dunkin' donut, coffee
lunch - 2 digestive biscuits
tea break - 1 tuna puff
dinner - 3 spoons of rice, 1 spoon sambal ikan bilis, 1 spoon steamed fish, orange juice. at 11 pm.

not that I'm on a diet or anything..i suppose lately my hectic life has started to dictate my eating patterns. can't let that happen again.
