as it turned out, the paper wasn't that easy. but i found some funny things in the paper.
during the exam review, the teacher warned us, "do not try to ask any questions to the invigilator. if you do, i will deduct five points from your total score." OK...whatever dude...
so, i was at my seat...and the invigilator said, "you can now start reading your questions..please make sure that the number of pages is the same as what is stated on the cover page."
so i read..
INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS
1. This Question paper consists of FIVE pages (excluding the cover page) with FOUR Questions only.
i counted the sheets.
eh...why only four meh? if i ask a question, will i get 5 points deducted for nothing? so i left it, when i saw there were four questions at the back anyway.
spent 10 minutes reading and rereading the questions. making sure that i don't get mislead by grammatical errors. here's one question, verbatim.
Question. 4.
What approach did the company take to implementing the system in term of resources and organizational structure, given the strategic vision of the senior manager? What types of information you think a marketing executives need?
trying to read past the errors was one thing. trying to figure out which "company" the question was referring to was another, since question 1 referred to the company in the case, question 2 referred to TMNet and question 3 referred to AT&T.
really, shouldn't they have someone who vets through the examination questions before they get printed? jeez...
you're wondering how i did? i walked out after 2 hours and 15 minutes...i couldn't see myself writing anything else until 11pm.
i just hope i get through this.
